Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with enterprise data regulations and Meta Platform terms, Ibra Agent provides straightforward automated mechanisms for full data deletion and app authorization removal.
1. Deleting Your Ibra Agent Account
To permanently delete your organization's Ibra Agent account and all associated data:
1. Log in to the Ibra Agent dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings -> Account.
3. Click on "Delete Account" and confirm your choice.
This action is irreversible and immediately queues your data for hard deletion across our encrypted storage servers.
2. Removing Ibra Agent from Facebook/Meta
To revoke Ibra Agent's access to your Meta Business pages:
1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy -> Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu, select "Business Integrations" (or "Security and Login" -> "Business Integrations").
3. Locate the Ibra Agent app in the list of active integrations.
4. Click "Remove" and confirm to instantly cut off the API connection and instantly halt any automated communications.
